Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited and restricted activities on DataRacked infrastructure. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not use DataRacked services to:

• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or disrupt third-party networks
• Distribute malware, exploit kits, or unauthorized access tools
• Host or distribute illegal content or infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks

2. Network abuse

Customers must maintain proper network hygiene, including secure configurations, timely patching, and responsible announcement of IP space. Open resolvers, open proxies, and similar misconfigurations must be remediated promptly when identified.

3. Resource usage

Services must be used in a manner consistent with your agreement. Excessive or abusive resource consumption that impacts other customers or platform stability may be throttled or suspended.

4. Reporting abuse

To report abuse involving DataRacked infrastructure, contact [email protected] with relevant logs, timestamps, and source information.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement, and take action to protect our network, customers, and partners.
